احمد مناصرة اتهم بالمشاركة بمحاولة طعن عندما كان في الثالثة عشر من عمره. في مقطع الفيديو المرفق من تاريخ 15 اكتوبر 2015 يظهر احمد ملقى على السكة الحديدية للقطار في القدس, يتلقى الشتائم والاهانات بينما هو ينزف نتيجة كسر في الجمجمة قد حصل اثر الاعتداء عليه
في الصور المرفقة يظهر بعدها احمد في المستشفى بحالة غيبوبة ,مكبل بالاصفاد ويخضع للتنفس الاصطناعي. عقب ذلك ظهر احمد في مقطع فيديو مسرب من غرفة التحقيق فيه يخضع لتحقيق قاسي وهو يصرخ, يبكي ويقول ” انا ما بتذكر, والله ما بتذكر. جيبوا دكتور يفتح راسي ويشوف كيف مش متذكر”. بينما المحقق يهين ويعذب احمد لساعات بوجود اسوارة الكترونية تضغط على يديه
قصة احمد هي قصة واحدة من بين الكثير من القصص. تقرير الحركة الدولية للدفاع عن الاطفال يتحدث عن بالمعدل 500-700 طفل فلسطيني يعتقل ويتهم بعمر ال 12 سنة, التهمة الاساسية هي رمي الحجارة.

FREE AHMAD MANASRA NOW
The Palestinian-Global Mental Health Network asks all international colleagues in mental health and all persons of good will to sign below, demanding for the immediate release of the young Palestinian man Ahmad Manasra to his family after six years of profound systematic abuse in an Israeli prison.
Ahmad Manasra, when 13 years of age, was accused of participating in an “attempted stabbing. A video from that time shows Ahmad on October 12, 2015 being thrown by the Israeli police and settlers onto the railway tracks of occupied Jerusalem—causing a skull fracture. Photos then reveal Ahmad wearing handcuffs while in an induced coma with a respirator the ICU. Subsequent interrogation was videotaped and leaked to local and international media, displaying Ahmad pleading, “I do not remember, by God Almighty! Get a doctor and let him open my head to show how I do not remember,” as the interrogator insulted him and tortured him for hours with an electronic bracelet pressing on his hands.
The case of Ahmad speaks for many. The DCI report describes the fate each year of “approximately 500-700 Palestinian children, some as young as 12 years old, who are detained and prosecuted in the Israeli military court system. The most common charge is stone-throwing.”

LIBÉREZ AHMAD MANASRA MAINTENANT
Le Réseau Palestine Global de Santé Mentale demande à tous les
collègues internationaux dans le domaine de la santé mentale et à toutes
les personnes de bonne volonté de signer ci-dessous, exigeant la libération
immédiate et le retour dans sa famille du jeune Palestinien Ahmad
Manasra après six ans de graves abus systématiques dans des prisons
israéliennes .
Ahmad Manasra, alors âgé de 13 ans, a été accusé d’avoir participé à une «
tentative d’attaque au couteau ». Une vidéo de cette époque montre Ahmad
le 12 octobre 2015 jeté par la police et les colons israéliens sur les voies
ferrées de Jérusalem occupée, provoquant une fracture du crâne. Les
photos révèlent ensuite Ahmad portant des menottes alors qu’il était dans
un coma induit sous respirateur dans un unité de soins intensifs.
L’interrogatoire qui a suivi a été enregistré sur bande vidéo et divulgué aux
médias locaux et internationaux, montrant Ahmad plaidant : « Je ne me
souviens pas, par Dieu Tout-Puissant ! Allez chercher un médecin et
laissez-le m’ouvrir la tête pour montrer à quel point je ne m’en souviens
pas », alors que l’interrogateur l’insultait et le torturait pendant des heures
alors qu’un bracelet électronique ligotait ses mains.
Le cas d’Ahmad est loin d’être unique. Le rapport de DCI (Defence for
Children International) décrit le sort chaque année « d’environ 500 à 700
enfants palestiniens, dont certains n’ont que 12 ans, qui sont détenus et
poursuivis par le système judiciaire militaire israélien. L’accusation la plus
courante est le jet de pierres ».

Il Palestinian- Global Mental Health Network (il Network Globale per la Salute Mentale – PALESTINA) chiede a tutti i colleghi internazionali attivi nel campo della salute mentale e a tutte le persone di buona volontà di firmare questa petizione per chiedere l’immediato rilascio del giovane Ahmad Manasra ed il suo ritorno nella propria famiglia dopo 6 anni di gravi e sistematici abusi nelle carceri israeliane.
Ahmad Manasra aveva 13 anni quando fu accusato di partecipare ad “un tentativo di aggressione con pugnale”. Un video di allora mostra come Ahmad, il 12 ottobre 2015, viene gettato dalla polizia israeliana e dai coloni sui binari del treno nella Gerusalemme occupata. Ahmad subì la frattura della scatola cranica. Le fotografie mostrano come Ahmad viene ammanettato mentre si trova in stato di coma indotto nel reparto di terapia intensiva. L’ interrogatorio che seguì è stato registrato ed il video è stato consegnato ai media locali e internazionali. Nel video si vede Ahmad implorare “non ricordo, per Dio supremo, chiamate un dottore e fategli aprire il mio cranio così vi mostrerà che non ricordo”. Ahmad diceva questo mentre l’interrogatore lo insultava e lo torturava per ore mediante un braccialetto elettronico che stringeva i suoi polsi.
Il caso di Ahmad è emblematico di molti altri casi simili.
Il DCI- Report ( i Resoconti di Defence Children International) descrivono ogni anno casi di “ 500-700 bambini palestinesi, alcuni di età non superiore ai 12 anni incarcerati e sottoposti al giudizio dei tribunali militari israeliani. L’ accusa più frequente è di ‘lancio di sassi’”.
